Andover, Ohio -- Stephen E. Varckette, President and CEO of The Andover Bank, is proud to announce the following award. At the Andover Bank Annual Employee Meeting, Andrew M. Marvin was presented the "2016 President's Award". Andy received a plaque and a check. This award recognizes one employee for his or her outstanding customer service, banking knowledge and team work. Andy is the Lead Service Representative at the Conneaut Banking Center and has been in banking for three years. Andy has an associate degree in Accounting. Andy enjoys bowling, tennis and baseball. Andy is a lifelong resident of Conneaut, Ohio.
