Client Service Representative I, (Teller) part-time Ashtabula,OH and Millcreek, PA

Andover Bank is seeking an outgoing, friendly candidate for our part-time position. If you love people, this is the job for you! QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Prior Teller or sales experience preferred. Must be flexible to work at other locations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

•    Ability to work well with others In a team environment
•    Provides positive, accurate, efficient and exceptional customer service
•    Accountable for accuracy with cash, checks and customer transactions. Follows confidentiality guidelines and understands bank procedures.

Loan Servicing Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one to three years related experience. Computer Skills: Working knowledge of computers and the internet. Basic functions using Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to read, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Maintains knowledge of bank regulations, products, policies, procedures and meets deadlines
•    Oversees escrow accounts, ensures proper maintenance and audits new loans

Accounting Clerk I or II

Account Clerk I -; six months to one year related bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred. Good organizational and communication skills. Experience with Word, and Excel.
Account Clerk II – Required six months to one year bookkeeping/accounting experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Accounting Clerk I

•    Ability to work well with others In a team environment
•    Provides positive, accurate, efficient and exceptional customer service
•    Regular onsite attendance
•    Maintains knowledge of bank regulations, products, policies, procedures and meets deadlines
•    Satisfactorily completes all training required for the position
•    Processes accounts payable, in a timely manner in accordance with bank policies
•    Process check adjustments in Fiserv Service Point as needed
•    Process savings bonds
•    Processes daily general ledger rejected items
•    Reconciles general ledger accounts and bank statements daily/monthly
•    Prepares and posts journal entries
•    Files documentation such as invoices, checks and reconciliations
•    Places supply orders with vendor for the Operations Center
•    Other duties as assigned

Accounting Clerk II Additional duties

•    Maintains the vendor management software
•    Prepares ad-hoc reports to help management track expenses for key vendors
•    Assists in the 1099-MISC processing for vendors
•    Process cash orders and cash deposits for the branches weekly
