With real-time alerts you’ll always know exactly what’s happening with your money, and you can watch for suspicious activity or signs of fraud. It’s a free service  available within Online and Mobile Banking.

Choose from dozens of alerts such as: 

  • A purchase using your debit card
  • An ATM withdrawal is made
  • Your balance drops below a specified amount
  • Security alerts – changes in your personal information
  • A check clears that exceeds the amount you set

Delivered the way you want.
Messages are sent instantly whichever way you choose to receive them:

  • Text messages
  • Push notifications via Mobile Banking
  • Email 
  • Online Banking Message Center 

Set up your real time alerts:

  • Log on to Online or Mobile Banking. Select ‘Alerts’.
  • Click or tap each category in Alerts Options to view the list of available alerts.
  • Select the Alerts you want to receive for each account. Then check how you would like to receive them, and save.

You’ll now receive a message the moment any of your alerts are triggered. It’s that simple.
