COVID-19 Update & Relief Options

At Andover Bank, our first priority is providing a safe and secure environment for our customers, employees and communities.

As of May 19, masks and social distancing are not required in our Ohio branches if you are fully vaccinated. 

Our branches are fully open with regular lobby and drive-up hours:

Regular Lobby Hours
M-Th:    9:00am - 5:00pm
Fri:    9:00am - 6:00pm    
Sat:    9:00am - 12:00pm 

We are encouraging customers to make appointments for in-branch banking. This will help us limit the amount of people in our offices at any given time. Branch appointments can be scheduled by calling 844-259-5473.

Please continue to utilize our drive-ups and our online and mobile tools for your banking needs when possible. We have implemented safety and cleaning measures in all our offices. We will continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC and the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Branch Safety and Cleaning Measures

As you enter our branch lobbies, please observe the following:

  • Maintain social distancing by keeping six feet away from others unless fully vaccinated
  • Wear a face mask for your safety and those around you unless fully vaccinated
  • Refrain from entering if you are sick or have a temperature 
  • Our branches will limit the number of customers in the lobby at any given time. You may experience a short wait during busy times

For the safety of customers and employees, these procedures have been implemented in all our offices:

  • Masks will be worn by all Andover Bank employees unless fully vaccinated
  • Masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer are supplied to all employees
  • Temperature checks are required of all employees
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available at lobby entrances
  • Branch cleaning staff are utilizing additional disinfectant solutions
  • All high-touch areas will be wiped down every two hours (teller counters, door handles, drive-up tubes, ATM keypads)
  • Pens will be wiped down after each use
  • Acrylic shields have been installed at teller lines and service desks
