In 2019, Mr. Kotila was awarded the Distinguished Service Award by the Ashtabula County Bar Association. He resides in Roaming Shores, Ohio.
Mr. Varckette stated, “We are incredibly fortunate to have Rich on the Andover Bank team. Although he has been employed by the bank over the past 18 years, he has served as the bank’s attorney since 1982. He brings invaluable experience and counsel to the bank. His dedication and commitment to the organization and to his community are greatly appreciated.”
