Andover Bank President and CEO Stephen E. Varckette announced the appointment of Christie K. Joslin as the bank's senior vice president and chief financial officer. Joslin succeeds Edward Debevec, senior vice president and chief financial officer, who retired earlier in the year.

Joslin brings 14 years of banking experience to the role and returns to Andover Bank, where she served from January 2012 to June 2017 as assistant vice president and controller. She later held several leadership positions with Conneaut Savings Bank, including controller, chief financial officer, and president and chief executive officer.

As chief financial officer, Joslin will lead Andover Bank's financial strategy and oversee financial planning and analysis, treasury, and accounting.

"Her broad banking experience, proven financial leadership, and understanding of our organization will be tremendous assets as we continue to grow and serve our customers and communities. We are also deeply grateful to Ed for his 14 years of dedicated service and the steady leadership he provided to the bank."

Joslin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from John Carroll University in 2009. She graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2023 and earned a Certificate of Executive Leadership from the Wisconsin School of Business.

Joslin resides in Conneaut with her husband, Aaron, and their two sons, Jack and Smith. She volunteers with HALO and Mother Mary's Closet at Corpus Christi Parish.
