Stephen E. Varckette, President and CEO of Andover Bank, is pleased to announce that Darlene Williams has been promoted to Executive Administrator.

Darlene began her career at Andover Bank in May of 2016. In her expanded role, Darlene’s responsibilities will be primarily assisting and supporting the President and CEO and Senior Vice President of Retail Banking in the performance of their responsibilities.

“We appreciate Darlene’s enthusiasm and many contributions over the past three years, and recognize her many years of experience in the banking industry,” remarked Mr. Varckette.

Darlene attended the Community College of Allegheny County before transferring to Duquesne University’s School of Leadership and Professional Advancement.

Darlene enjoys outdoor activities such as moose hunting in Canada, fishing, gardening and cooking. Darlene resides in Espyville, Pennsylvania with her husband, Jerry, and daughter Dana.
