Andover Bank recently announced that Sean Dockery has been hired to fill the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking.

Dockery brings over 20 years of experience to Andover at a time when the bank is strategically focusing on business banking and building out a long-range strategy for growth.

In Sean’s previous employment, he was the business banking market executive responsible for building and managing the business banking team. Sean has top-notch communication skills, works closely with clients, and stands ready to motivate and develop talent to grow brand recognition at Andover Bank.

Sean attended Kent State University and lives in Kent, Ohio with his wife Jeannie. They have two children: Sean Jr. and Emma. Sean is also a graduate of both Leadership Portage and the Ohio Bankers League Leadership Institute. Sean has been a board member of Community Action Council of Portage County since 2013. In his free time Sean enjoys coaching community sports like baseball, basketball, football, golf, and bowling.
